Product description
Beamcorbs is a new group of system connectors designed for butt joints as well as for the support of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams. The system allows for the elimination of corbels in the support elements and in dapped-ended beams, which allows for a “corbelless” solution.
Beamcorbs enables a simplified implementation of many variants of beam connections, including: beam-column, beam-wall, beam-beam in both T and I configuration. The three-part steel Beamcorbs CorBi connectors, consisting of a column unit (C), a beam unit (B) and a knife that slides out on the assembly (K), allow for the creation of elegant, invisible and fully load-bearing connections and hinged beam supports. CorBi is offered as a standard pair of load-bearing connectors, but can also be successfully used as single elements.
